its a lumicron ldc-521z3 bought it on ebay its faulty any ideals please on how to fix it

Hello
It is repairable - you obviously have to disassemble the camera casing into 2 halves.
The small - shutter micro switch would have become dis-asembled - fix it and re-assemble.
