hi my washing machine wont turn, it fills up with water then the motor makes all the right noises but drum does not move, it empties out ok but then the washing is saturated and not washed. please help!!

belt broken or come off
if belt is ok and has come off try lifting the stainless inner drum up and down vertically.any movement here is usually bearing related and could cause the belt to come off.if bearings have gone replace machine as repair is pointless on that model
