how do i replace the motor on my miele washing machine?

I have an ongoing fault with my miele W304 washing machine. The motor commutator is not smooth and so causes one of the brushes to wear out in 6 months. Don't know why only one wears out?
How do i take the machine apart to replace or repair the motor?
thanks

Well the motor has definately ' Had it '
A new one will be £250 + vat.
Not sure whether the motor can be repaired or not. Don't think so.
To take apart, remove the lid, the front & the right hand side panel to gain access.
Get proof of the machines age, & ring the company to see if they will give a discount on the part.
It comes with a supposed 20 year design life !
