i have had the fan cleaned but the boiler still turns off when running hot water it goes cold then starts up again and repeats eg leaving my bath luke warm

hot water diaphrarm may be worn. fulcrum arm will drop back slightly off of microswitch which turns on boiler for hot water. if not
gas valve not modulating and boiler cutting out
many reasons
aps
thermisters
pcb
gas valve
blocked domestic heat exchanger
and on and on
