Only get the central heating to come on when running the hot water,it's an old system with pre- lagged cylinder in a cupboard and header tank in the loft. A Horstmann 525 programmer as well. I have been informed it is probably the Honeywell 3-way valve. Do you replace the whole valve or just the actuator attached to it?
