Hi there, i'm not a technician, but i've had same plasma tv since it first came out. Have you been switching the tv on and off at the main switch at the bottom of the unit and now you sound like you have no power at all. This switch is broke, it's very fragile, you should be only switching the tv on and off via standby on remote, which I was'nt informed about by shop staff who came and set it up. This happened to mine in the first 6mnth's of owning tv, I had it repaired under warranty. I hope this might help you, regard's Ian.
