There should be a top cover on the agitator just lift it off not always easy to do and then there is a bolt on it unscrew it and you should be able to lift it out.
I have a kenmore and that is what I did to get it out. I am assuming that by spinner you mean the agitator in the tub. If I'm wrong I apologize.
