if boiler is an isar reciever will be somewhere near boiler, if it is an icos could be near boiler or in airing cupboard. will say on front digistat scr. 2 light options on front of reciever, green or red. for heating to come on you need a green light. if reciever is showing a red light it is not getting a signal from room stat, either need to replace batteries in room stat or room stat faulty. if you have a green light on reciever and boiler not firing for heating, the boiler may show a 0 on display, no signal for heating to work, or a c with the burner light flashing, possible divertor valve. if green light on and 0 on display, programmer must also be on to make ch work, need to check reciever. to do this turn room stat down to minimum and green light should go off. next turn digistat up to max and as green light comes on you should hear a click from reciever box. if this doesnt happen you have a faulty reciever box . to check, may need 2 people depending on location of room stat and reciever
