what is the sime transformer voltage for sime 102 super delux in manual it just says 240/24v is it dc or ac

Transformers are AC devices

Primary voltage will be mains - nominally 230 V ~
Secondary voltage will be about 10% of that give or take

Quite probably the lower voltage AC output will be rectified to DC somewhere beyond the transformer.
