how do i bypass my draton scr?

tried everything in the book looks like my scr is on the blink how do i bypass it to allow the ch to be continuos untill i can get a replacement

With the electric turned off, remove the receiver and link terminals 1 & 3, replace the receiver.
This takes the unit out of the control circuit.
