potterton suprema boiler has reset button on amber no heatin no hot water, can not find how to re light piolot light, where is the switch can any one help, much appreciated

Jane,

There is no switch, it's built in electronically. common problems may be that you fan has an obstruction stopping it from starting up. Check outside to make sure there are no obstructions, the fan needs to start up first before the pilot light kicks in. The only other problem is that you will need a new pcb, which you need to call out a Gas Engineer.
