I have a friend had a leak on a boiler and he used Sentinel internal leak sealer which he applied through the header tank in the roof (smaller heating tank) and it work beautifully. But these are generally temporary, and can last from 10 minutes to ten years. Look to replacing the system, as these leaks are first signs that the whole system is nearing its end.
