The upvc french doors and one window on my new conservatory have a draught coming through the rubber seal which makes it really cold in winter. The frames are fitted square so I'm assuming the locking gizmos around the frames need adjusting but I have no idea what I should adjust first. Can you help me please?

slave door on frenchies should have keeps top &bottom adjust tobring slave door tight to frame keeps on slave door can be adjusted with allen key and the cams on lead door tightened with allen key(line on cam at 12 o,clock,9o,clock to slacken.)also make sure you have enough sash cover,if not and you have flag hinges adjust using allen key anti clockwise to right clockwise to left.hope i,ve been clear enough.

Get the installers to come back and sort it out. I would have thought that you might have thought to do this first.
