Screen start?

i dropped my computer tower today and now the computer will turn on and the screen will turn on but the screen is'nt recognising that its connected to the computer everything else is fine as far as i can see i even tried a diffrent screen but no luck there either

any ideas?

Incase your not sure what that means, open the pc by taking the side cover off, locate the card your monitor cable connects to and make sure it is fitted correctly in the slot. A drop or a bang can loosen some cards so it might be best to check them all while you have case open.

Open up the PC and reseat all the adapter cards. Reseat all the cables. Oh make sure that it is UNPLUGGED.
