I don't know about this unit in particular but most of these units have a reset similar to a laptop computer - a small hole in either the front panel or near the DC power plug through which you can poke a toothpick (don't use anything metal in case you get the wrong hole) to push a tiny button. I gather the Initial manuals a pretty awful, but it may be hidden away in that somewhere.
