did i destroy the ic's ?

I recently installed two IC's (STK392-120) in my Phillips rear pro TV to correct a color shadow problem. After installing i now had no picture and bits of sound.I removed and examined my work on the board,I had not soldered all the pins solid, there was movement.I resoldered and reassembled, now i am at square one I have the same picture and sound as i started with, red and blue shadows.Phillips model #55PW9363/17F

You replaced two chips and after a small repair to a badly soldered joint you arrived at the same fault condition as before.

Either the two chips you replaced were not causing the problem - or - one or another of the new chips has exactly the same fault as the original - possible but unlikely.

I suspect that you have not destroyed the ics.
