replace rad with towel rail?

What is a fair installation price for fitting a towel rail approx 4 x 2ft 6ins replacing a radiator that has already been removed easy access work area guess about 1hrs work. Combi boiler fed c/h.

Many thanks Brian if I had half a brain I would have said the pipes are 2 foot up the wall so easily accessable if needing altering no floor lifting involved, and yes it has a drain off.
And to boot if I didn't type so quick being flash I wouldn't have to go back and keep correcting spelling mistakes, four times with this message.

sorry Bob you can probably double that and some firstly is there a drain off point handy if not time wasted draining from rad. Both pipes will probably need altering is the floorboard already loose or will it need cutting and lifting. Are the pipes loose or will they have to be cut & rejoined etc. It can be a lot harder to move pipes 2" than 2ft. As regards cost it depends on where you live
