Spinning and conditioner?

After spinning the clothes they are still wet and require a further spin, also the conditioner remains untouched in tray

conditioner on a spin ehh.. may be a blocked nozzel.. check the drain pump at the bottom for blockage this will stop it spinning also check carbon brushes on motor.hope it helps..mr whitegoods
