Can I reset the tap water temperature on Ideal Response 120 Boiler?

My daughter has just moved in to a 10year old house with an Ideal Response 120 boiler. It seems to work OK, but the hot water from the taps is scalding hot. Is there a way that I can set it to a lower temperature please or do I have to enlist the help of a plumber?

Many thanks b, I downloaded the file and having read through it, I suspect the problem could be either a faulty HW limit thermostat or the HW temperature sensor. The stat replacement procedure on frame 36 looks straightforward, and needs no disconnectiion of water connections so I'll try that first! The sensor replacement requires breaking into the water circuit which I'm not keen to do!
