I have an aiwa video plus for VHS [HV-GX935K model]. Unfortunately, after unplugging machine and then reconnecting the message comes up to put in pin number = which I have forgotten. It does come up with MY name and address and post code on it. What do I do.

All the Aiwa help numbers I have do not respond. Can you advise please.
