Fitting a triple dimmer switch?

I have a socket with 3 switches on it where 2 of the switches turn on 2 seperate lights on a one way, and the 3rd switch has a two way gang. I am attempting to add a triple dimmer switch so all the lights can be dimmed independantly. When I have connected this the only light that is working is the two way, and neither of the one ways will switch on, can you advise how to fix this?

for a start, you dont have a socket,(thats what you put a plug into)you have a three gang light switch,
its very easy to put a three gang dimmer to replace the three gang light switch, but i fear it may be beyond you, best get a spark in,it wont cost too much, and at least you will be safe,
