greenstar worcester boiler not working?

Hot water is OK - no flashing red or blue light - no gurgling - condenser pipe lagged. Press the "chimney sweep" button and it works for 10 mins and then stops - any ideas

If the HW is okay, I'd suggest an external controls fault ie: clock/room thermostat.

The sweep button is for setting the boiler up in terms of CO2 ratios etc.

check the condensate trap/container - will need to take casing off the boiler, and the trap is lower left.

is it full? is so, remove and clean out the blockage (black sand-like deposits usually), then re-fit.
