the remote for my best buy home combo 08 does not work i have purchased a gbs universal remote with two codes for best buy dtt units this does not work either even with auto search, the machine works with a remote from another best buy machine, can you help.

As Best Buy have not been in the UK for very long the unit must be under warranty so take it back.
