Worcester 24i combi boiler not firing up?

Please help!! The boiler is lighting but then goes out after about 3 seconds. I have no hot water or heating. It is also -5 outside. Anyone have any suggestions what it could be? My boyfriend thinks that the plastic pipe is frozen?

quite possibly that the condensate pipe is frozen. This would cause the boiler to lock out. If you look under the boiler and put a bucket underneath, and pull the plastic condensate pipe out of the socket, and let it drain into a bucket until the weather picks up
