hi i have a LG tv and a sky box, the problem i have is the sky remote,will not match up the the Lg tv, when i look up the list of tv makes,to enter the codes, i cant find LG on the list its not there?i have tryed useing the fast finding ,useing the remote to scann for the tv , but with no luck, after looking up this problem on the net, it looks like im not the only one with a LG tv. and this sky remote problem , any advice for me , thank you for your time and help..

yes i tryed a their list from the sky web site ,no good , i called them . and the gave me the same list from their web site , its strange , they have a new add on tv showing their new box ,and the say it give a great picture in HD if you use their box with the LG tv? ill keep looking, thanks for your time and help .

Did you get the TV list from Sky's web sites? It is more up to date than the manual. Second, Sky are usually very good at helping out with Remote Control matching. Have you called them?

However, you may find that it just won't work. Unfortunately it would not be the first time that a Sky remote won't control a third-party device.
