how can i fix my spiderbox 7000 hd?

after every 5 mins or so channel goes scrambled for about 1 min then comes on for 5 mins then gets scrambled.this just goes on.any solution?thanks

Try the boxer fix from the alsat.co.uk forum. factory reset then upgrade to boxer firmware then factory reset then reload your channels also very important to make sure you have a static ip address sorted for spiderbox
