H07 fault shows on the display of my panasonic DVD-R32 player..i took off the cover and spun th disk manually..it works for 15 seconds but stops again reading the H07 fault.....heeeeeeeelp!!!!!!!!!

I cured my Panasonic NV-VP31 which had the same fault. It is to do with the spindle motor being a bit sticky. Spray some WD40 onto the motor shaft where it goes through the motor and leave it 5 minutes.

Try it again and if the disc starts without you giving it a helping hand - you've cured it - for nothing!

You've found the fault..faulty spindle motor or spindle motor drive IC. Neither are worth repairing outside warranty.
