"Hi need a bit of help with a gaming machine that my brother owns its a Barcrest Bigshot game was working fine but has now failed
The screen says LCD FP ERR 68
obviously need to know what the fault is before I can get spares I would be grateful for any help you can give

You will need to buy a new screen. I don't know where you can get them or how much they cost. Maybe ask the manufacturer. Other than that I can not help.
