Simpson eziset 450 washing machine, lights keep flashing on the cold warm and hot, machine wont go past this point, what to do next?

When lights are flashing count the number of beeps. If lights flash rapidly & 15 beeps then it thinks the tub is out of balance. If lights flash slowly & 4 beeps then it thinks lid is open. May be out of balance switch or lid switch is faulty & will have to be replaced.
