Power at receptacle, but unit does not turn on. Electricians in house crossed some wires, shorted out the unit. Looking for fuse in TV - is there one? Cannot find - Unit made in year 2000. Hope it's not fried. No burnt smell inside the unit.
Cannot find owners manual with schematics.

CAREFULLY - open the back and check for a fuse where the power cord meets the circuit board. A trip to Radio Shack may correct the problem - match the amps.
