how can ifix my condenser dryer?

i have an aeg condesner dryer model no 59800. there is no heat in the drum so nothing is drying. i have cleaned all the filters. can you help.

element faulty.there are 2 fuse links built in to the element for safety.1 is likely to be open circuit.Elements are expensive on this model!!!!
