Saniflo pump not working but toilet flushing clean water?

The pump is not cutting in once toilet is flushed. When sink is used toilet fills up. I have put down toilet unblocker (not acid) changed fuse, pump still not cutting in but clean water in toilet bowl put coming out of overflow slightly on saniflow unit. Any ideas other than pump has had it. Would it be worth trying to descaler as we live in hard water area.

The most common reason for the pump not cutting in is that it is blocked or fouled. So, the first thing to do is to dismantle and check that impellers are not obstructed. If you don't fancy this get a Saniflo engineer out ( not a plumber ) which will cost about £100 for a repair and service. I think Pumpmaster are the cheapest and are UK wide.

Hi Pete
I would first try replacing the Condensor
