Why wont my Logik portable DVD player load disc?

2 Year old 10.2 inch portable DVD player when disc is inserted indicates "loading " on screen .... then repeatedly indicates "no disc".I have brushed and cleaned the laser lens ! The model no.LOGPD1008.
