Drayton wireless receiver?

I am having problems with the signal from the wireless thermostat (T4RF) to the Drayton WR1 receiver and need to check that it is wired correctly. The Blue wire is connected to N, Brown to L, Grey to 1, no wire to 2, Black wire to 3 and nothing to 4. Can anyone confirm that this is correct. I assume that if this is correct, I will need to replace both items?

N&L are (usually) Blue and Brown, wired in to the left hand side (first two blocks neutral furthest left), the other two wires could be various colours, but are indeed connected to terminals 1 & 3
