worcester heatslave 12/14?

relay 2 on the pcb is playing up.is it possible to replace that relay or will i have to buy a new pcb?

My radiators are getting hot whilst my worcsester heatslave 12 14 is heating the water but my heating is turned off, is my diverter valve causing this problem and in need of changing etc?
