When i turn on my bathroom sink taps, no water comes out. Why is this?

My bath taps ar fine and when opened, run water freely. Wheni open both hot and cold sink taps, i have no water coming out whatsoever. Can you help please? Is it a plumbing issue or something to do with the taps?

Sounds like air lock it's unusual for both taps to fail at same time. Need to connect hose to cold bath tap then other end to basin cold tap. turn on basin cold tap and then bath cold tap it will force wate up through basin cold tap into tank in attic to clear the air. Turn off bath cold tap then see if wate comes out of hose (while still connected to basin tap) if so job done. Use the basin cold to clear the basin hot tap same procedure see if that clears it.
