I have just moved house and acquired a Diplomat 12043 dishwasher that seems to be as dead as a dodo! Is it worth having it looked at with a view to repairing or cheaper to get a new one?

if you remove the bottom filter, manually take out the water,using a small cup or glass then adjust the flap on the outlet pipe, it gets stuck then put down some hot water and start a cycle, this usually sorts it out.
