how can I fix my amplifier?

I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 250a2. I hooked it up using new RCA cables and the right channel/speaker doesn't work. it pops but no sound. What's wrong and how do I fix it?

sounds like there is a short circuit in one of the cables,
this causes a polyprop fuse to trip,(thats the pop),then it resets itself
