right protection on mp3 iitronics 512mb?

had my mp3 since xmas, today tried to put new music on only to find my computer says that it is right protected and i cannot remove or add music.Any ideas?

sounds like the lock is on... take out the mp3, switch the lock switch on the top to 'unlocked' and then put it back in.
