My own TV has the same chassis type and suffered the same fault. Failure of the frame IC561. A simple enough repair except that the frame IC, TDA8175-3 has been discontinued and only a modification kit is now generally available.

The kit is fiddly to fit and I've not had good results with it. Personally, I wouldn't fit it in my own TV let alone someone elses. The only company I know of that had the original part, after most others were sold out was Cricklewood Electronics, London.

Usualy, it's a simple and straightforward repair - if you can obtain the original part.

However, it isn't something that you should attempt to fit yourself but expect a bill around £70-£100.
