Konica 7020 copier will not start how can I fix this?
I have owned my Konica 7020 printer copier for over a year and not had any problems turning it on or making copies. However recently when I tried to start it up, it wouldn't. I opened all the accesses(doors and drawers) looking for paper jams and found nothing, so I unplugged the machine, waited a few moments and then re-plugged it in. I turned on the main power supply switch located on the lower rear left side of the machine and noticed the led light that says "data" came on, but when I pushed the on/off button on the top left front of the machine, which usually starts the "touch screen", nothing happened. I have checked to see that all the doors and paper trays are fully and properly closed and seated and that nothing looks out of place. I am wondering if there is a RESET button or fuse that may have blown and that can be reset or replaced? I sure could some help with this. Jake
