hot water?

a baxi 105e the boiler ignites the gas pressure is ok but water only heating up to luke warm

are the primaries really hot? if so suspect a blockage in the secondary [ water to water ] heat exchanger. they cant be cleaned out. fit a new one. if burner is cutting out and primaries are not really hot change the hot water thermistor [ white ] on the left.
