whoever fitted meter should have purged supply but start at beginning is main tap at meter on try gas cooker or fire for a minute check boiler gas tap if these are ok try boiler a few times if it's along run to boiler may take a while to get gas through try turning boiler off at isolation switch then back on (when he fitted the meter did he try one or more of the appliances it may sound stupid but sometimes the person fitting the meter isn't qualified to test & purge and the meter may be capped off awaiting someone else)
