Worcester Bosch 25SI Recharge Key!!!?

I need to bleed rads however water level low nearly red 1 on the clock.
I have located recharge key and pushed it in and turned it but water does not top up.
Recharge key was hard to remove worried it will break.
Is there a correct way to fit key no instructions in user manual!!!! Can the heating be on when doing this?

There will be a grey plastic tap next to the fill point key, open that whilst keeping an eye on the pressure, get to about 1bar, then turn the tap back off.

The key is a bayonet fitting (similar to a light bulb), twist it to the correct position and it will be able to be pulled out.

Better to have the heating off whilst re-filling, the pressure will be correctly measured when heating is cold as it willl rise when heating is on.
