How can I repair a plastic chair?

How can I repair a plastic chair that has broken across its seat and come apart from its metal rim?

Does anyone know of a specialist plastic seat maker who would make a new seat that needs to be moulded?

There are plastics manufacturers but to my knowledge no plastic seat makers.
Injection moulding/ press moulding or fibre glass ones formed over a former for your seat all which is at a premium in cost around I would say £3,500 may be more. How many sets of seats could you buy with that money?
