Hey ihave jus literally had this problem and just fixed it on another site wen looking for a solution fund out the tiny switch tht switches mode prob stuck u may nt wanna try this if attached to looks of ur phone i used pair sissors tht will fit and wriggled it bit till realeased not to hard or ull snapp plastic cover ur phone also may randomly dial lst number hope this helps
