My samsung tv has been sluggish at coming on with red light flashing then eventually starting but making whirring,clicking noise before settling down. This morning wouldn't come on at all.red light flashing whirring and clicking but nothin else.changed batteries in remote,plus tried menually to start it but nothing happened. less than 3yrs old so out of warranty
