How can i make the fabric softner flush out of the powder and softner tray. Putting on normal setting has no effect and the softner stays in the tray.

1)first check that water is actually filling into the fab cond slot-
if not check that fab cond fill valve is ok- clean pour holes (above tray)
2)ensure tray is clean (inc all narrow tubeways)
3)do not use a too thick fab conditioner (add a little water)
4)raise the two front feet (on the base) so the front is slightly higher
5)good luck
