Dishlex Global 500 on 95 min cycle trips the earth leakage detector at about 13 - 15 min. (I presume because electricity and water don't mix too well) what is changing at that point in the cycle? Also, where would I find a downloadable service manuel for this machine.

The weak link in many appliances is the heating element - yours may have a fault so that as it warms up it causes a short to earth - and the RCD trip.

I would try to see what happened with the heating element safely disconnected - a diagnostic step.
