Hi David, try this (from my Matsui handbook):
To get the TV OUT of Hotel mode, you need to go into Hotel mode again. To access the Hotel mode screen, switch your TV OFF using the MAIN power button. Then, press and HOLD the 'I' button on the remote control, and switch the TV back ON using the MAIN power button (on the set).
The 'Service Menu' should appear. Switch the Hotel ON/OFF feature to OFF.
